Ordering and Payment

How can I place my order?

You can order our products from our website via our secure and discreet online system. Simply click “add to bag” on the product you are viewing. You may view your ‘Shopping Bag’ at anytime by clicking the ‘Open Bag’ link under the shopping bag icon. When you are satisfied with your selections in the shopping bag, you may enter a coupon code if you have one and then check out to complete your purchase. Checking out may be done anonymously or you may register with us to make future purchases easier.


How secure is my order when ordering through your website?

Your online orders are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Ordering through our web site with a credit card is as secure as using your credit card in any retail store.


Why do I need to create an account to place an order?

We require you to create an account so that you can have access to your order history and tracking information for orders shipped.


Will you give out my ordering information to third parties?

No! Mojowijo does not sell or distribute customer information in any way. If you choose to receive updates about new products by joining our email list we will use your information for Mojowijo updates only. We don’t like receiving spam any more than you do.


What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Mastercard™, Visa™, American Express™ and Discover cards™.


Do you accept any other payment methods?

We also accept payment via Paypal. Just click on the yellow PayPal button located at the bottom of your shopping cart.


How will my purchase appear on my credit card statement?

Your purchase will appear as a charge from SKDu, LLC.


Does Mojowijo store my credit card information?

No, unless you ask us to when you are checking out or updating your Mojowijo account profile.


Do you charge sales tax for orders in the USA?

Yes, new regulations in 2011 require internet vendors to collect sales tax based on the purchaser’s address.


Shipping

How are my orders shipped to me?

We ship all of our orders discreetly. Your orders will arrive in a standard brown corrugated box. The return address label on the package is from SKDu, LLC.


Where are orders shipped from?

Orders within the USA are shipped from our distribution centers in San Jose, CA or Boston, MA.

Orders within the EU are shipped from our distribution center in the Netherlands.


How soon will I receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of your online purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once items have been shipped from our warehouse.


Who covers VAT on orders in the EU?

In the EU, VAT is included in the sales price.


Do you ship to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to addresses with a PO box.


Do you ship world wide?

From our US Store we can ship to the US and Canada. From our EU Store we ship to anywhere in the EU and Switzerland.


For shipping elsewhere in the world we recommend using a mail forwarding service such as Shipito.com. There you can obtain a US address to ship you Mojowijo items to and then they will arrange having it forwarded to anywhere in the world that you wish.


Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes! We ship via USPS to addresses with APO and FPO boxes.

The best way to contact customer care is by email at customercare@mojowijo.com. A customer care representative will get back to you within 1 business day.


What is your return policy?

We want everyone to be satisfied with their Mojowijo experience – even if that means that making it easy to return an item. If you are dissatisfied with any item, you may return it unopened and/or unused within 21 days of receipt for a store credit, refund or exchange. Due to the nature of the use of adult toys we are only able to accept opened items for return that have an obvious manufacturing defect. We will accept returns for all defective items within 30 days of receipt for a store credit, exchange, refund or replacement. When returning an item, please first contact our customer care at wecare@mojowijo.com to help facilitate quick returns and exchanges. All returns require proof of purchase to qualify for compensation.
