We want everyone to be satisfied with their Mojowijo experience – even if that means that making it easy to return an item. If you are dissatisfied with any item, you may return it unopened and/or unused within 21 days of receipt for a store credit, refund or exchange. Due to the nature of the use of adult toys we are only able to accept opened items for return that have an obvious manufacturing defect. We will accept returns for all defective items within 30 days of receipt for a store credit, exchange, refund or replacement. When returning an item, please first contact our customer care at email@example.com to help facilitate quick returns and exchanges. All returns require proof of purchase to qualify for compensation.
